The Company has been responsible for the design and construction of some of the most significant city centre and out-of-town investment developments in the North of England, including major commercial, retail, leisure and public service properties.

They deliver integrated services, from initial design conception through to environmentally sustainable construction. Their services are tailored to the needs of each individual client as well as the required life performance cycle of each individual building they are responsible for.
Our Client is looking for 2 site managers to work on the prestigious first phase redevelopment of Wakefield Waterfront. Phase one of the Waterfront project will see the restoration and conversion of the grade two listed Calder and Hebble Navigation Warehouse for office and leisure use. This phase is a £17.6 million contract to design and construct a new build development scheme comprising two office blocks totalling 36,000 sq.ft. of office space, (Buildings One and Two Navigation Walk), and one residential block of 58 apartments, (to be known as Hebble Wharf), together with café*bar and basement car parking. The works include the erection of steel and concrete frame buildings, all services and infrastructure works including embankments to river basin, new lock gates, flood defence works and external works.
The Site Managers will take control of alloted packages within the project and will report into the project manager.
